How can I make a reservation ?
You can make reservation by email or by booking form. You can also make by phone or fax.

How do I pay for my transfer ?
You can pay online by Paypal or in cash to our driver when you reach your destination.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes of course, we can change or cancel your reservation before 24 hours your flight, if you reported.

What I do if my flight is delayed ?
Don't worry if your flight into Istanbul Airports is delayed - we monitor flight times and will be waiting until you arrive - at no extra charge!

How we will find our driver on our arrival?
Our driver will be welcoming you on the arrivals hall, with a signboard and your name will be written on it.

What are your vehicles like ?
Istanbul Airport Transfer Service vehicles are white, silver and black minivans. All our vans are air-conditioned and non-smoking.

Do you provide child/baby seats ?
Yes, we do provide Free baby seats (upon request) for Private transfers. Please note that you are responsible for the fitting of your child in the seat.
